## Biography

Art Eisenson is an American television writer. His credits include an episode of the series *Kojak* (1978), thirteen episodes of the miniseries *The Gangster Chronicles* (1981), and episodes of *What Really Happened to the Class of '65?* (1978) and *Eischied* (1980). He also wrote the teleplay for the television film *Beggarman, Thief* (1979).

Eisenson holds a BA in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University (1963) and two MAs from Stanford University (1966 and 1970). He was a Screenwriting Fellow at the American Film Institute in 1973. He has worked as a story editor on series including *Shannon* and *High Mountain Rangers*, and has been active in the Writers Guild of America.
