Arthur Burghardt is an American actor. His first film role was as Great Ahmed Kahn in *Network* (1976). He is known for his work in soap operas and animation, including the role of Dr Jack Scott in *One Life to Live* (1978–1980).

Burghardt has provided voice work for numerous animated series and films. Notable credits include Devastator in *The Transformers* (1984) and *The Transformers: The Movie* (1986), as well as Destro, Stalker and Iceberg in *G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero* (1985–1986). He also voiced characters in *The Real Ghostbusters*, *Aaahh!!! Real Monsters* and Disney projects such as *The Prince and the Pauper* (1990). His career spanned live-action television appearances and video game roles until around 2010.
