Arthur Devère was a Belgian film actor. Born Arthur Opdeweerdt in Brussels, he appeared in more than fifty films between 1913 and 1956, often in supporting roles. He had a background in stage and vaudeville performance.

He is known for roles including Mr. Gerbois in *Daybreak* (1939), the fishmonger in *Carnival in Flanders* (1935), Goupi-Mes-Sous in *It Happened at the Inn* (1943) and the train controller in *Le Plaisir* (1952). Devère died in Brussels in 1961.
