Arthur Hambling (1888–1952) was a British character actor. Born in Reading, Berkshire, he began his stage career in 1912 and later appeared in West End productions including N.C. Hunter's *Grouse in June* (1939). He transitioned to film in the early 1930s.

Hambling is known for supporting roles in several notable British films of the 1940s and 1950s. These include Bates, a soldier in Laurence Olivier's *Henry V* (1944), Tom in Carol Reed's *Odd Man Out* (1947), and Wallis in the Ealing comedy *The Lavender Hill Mob* (1951). He also appeared in *It Always Rains on Sunday* (1947). His final screen work included television appearances in the early 1950s.
