Arthur Julian (7 March 1923 – 30 January 1995) was an American television writer, producer and occasional actor. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, he began writing for television in the 1950s and contributed scripts to series including *Meet Millie*, *December Bride*, *Hogan's Heroes*, *F Troop*, *Bewitched* and *The Doris Day Show*.

Julian wrote one episode of *M*A*S*H* in 1975 and served as a writer on *Maude* (17 episodes) and *Gimme a Break!* (multiple episodes). He also worked as a producer on *Vacation Playhouse*, *Love Thy Neighbor*, *Gimme a Break!* and *Amen*, and appeared in small acting roles on shows such as *Bewitched* and *F Troop*.
