## Biography

Arthur H. Singer was an American television producer, writer and story editor active from the 1950s to the 1970s.

He served as story consultant on the third season of *Star Trek* (1966), editing or rewriting 23 of the season's 24 episodes. He received a teleplay credit for the final episode, "Turnabout Intruder", based on a story by Gene Roddenberry.

Earlier, he produced the series *Decoy* (1957–1958). Later credits include executive story editor on *Hawaii Five-O* and writing for *Judd for the Defense*, *Then Came Bronson* and *The Evil Touch*. He was married to Mary Tarcai.
