Arthur Stuart Hull was an American actor born on 8 May 1878 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He appeared on Broadway from 1913, with roles including in *Going Up* (1917), *The Jazz Singer* (1925) and *Mima* (1928). His film career began in the silent era and continued into the 1940s.

Hull is credited as Mr. Osmond in *The Palm Beach Story* (1942). He took many uncredited bit parts in major productions, among them an Elderly Admirer in *Casablanca* (1942), Mr. Randall in *It's a Wonderful Life* (1946), and roles in *Mildred Pierce* (1945) and *Mr. Deeds Goes to Town* (1936). He died on 28 February 1951 in Los Angeles, California.
