Arthur Weiss (13 June 1912 – 26 August 1980) was an American screenwriter and producer. He was born in New York City and died in Los Angeles.

Weiss wrote episodes of *The Fugitive* (1963), on which he also served as associate producer, and *Mission: Impossible* (1966). He wrote the screenplay for the 1963 film *Flipper* and contributed scripts to series including *Mannix*, *The Time Tunnel*, *Land of the Giants*, *Emergency!* and *Sea Hunt*.

He collaborated with producer Irwin Allen on made-for-television disaster films such as *Flood!* (1976) and *Fire!* (1977).
