Ashleigh Banfield is a Canadian-American journalist and television anchor. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, she began her broadcasting career in Canada in 1988 at stations including CJBN-TV and CKY-TV, later working as a producer and anchor in Alberta before moving to the United States.

She has appeared as herself or in minor roles in several productions, including as Self in the documentary *Fahrenheit 11/9* (2018), Anchor #1 in *Breaking Bad* (2008), Ashleigh Banfield in *In Treatment* (2008) and Dalia Hensfield in *Don't Look Up* (2021). Banfield studied at Queen's University and the University of British Columbia.
