Eckstein is best known for voicing Ahsoka Tano in *Star Wars: The Clone Wars* (2008), the subsequent television series, *Star Wars Rebels* (2014) and a cameo in *Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker* (2019). Other credits include recurring roles in *That's So Raven* (2004) as Muffy and appearances in *Sydney White* (2007) and *Alice Upside Down* (2007). In 2010 she founded the fashion label Her Universe, which produces science-fiction-themed clothing for women and girls.
