Ashley Edward Miller is an American screenwriter and producer. Born on 16 March 1971 in Windber, Pennsylvania, he graduated from the College of William & Mary and began his career in television after earlier work as a teacher and defence contractor.

Miller's early television credits include writing and consulting on *Andromeda* (2000–2005). He formed a long-term writing partnership with Zack Stentz while on the series. Together they contributed to *The Twilight Zone* revival and wrote for *Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles* (2008), serving as co-producers and writers on multiple episodes. They subsequently moved to *Fringe* (2009–2010), again as producers and writers.

Miller and Stentz co-wrote the screenplays for the films *Thor* (2011) and *X-Men: First Class* (2011). Later credits include work on *Dota: Dragon's Blood* (2021–2022).
