Atsuko Okatsuka is an American stand-up comedian, actress and writer. Born in Taiwan on 27 May 1988, she spent her early childhood in Japan before moving to Los Angeles as a child. She studied at the California Institute of the Arts.

Okatsuka’s acting credits include the voice of Yuri in *Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse* (2023), Ambassador Naos in *Elio* (2025) and Unis Kim in *Outcome* (2026). She has also appeared in *Scare Package* (2019), *Room 104* (2017) and *History of the World: Part II* (2023). Her stand-up specials include *The Intruder* (HBO, 2022) and *Father* (Hulu, 2025). She is married to actor, director and producer Ryan Harper Gray.
