Au Kin-yee is a Hong Kong screenwriter. She has worked extensively with directors Johnnie To and Wai Ka-fai, often collaborating with writers Yau Nai-hoi and Yip Tin-shing.

Her credits include *PTU* (2003), *Running on Karma* (2003), *Throw Down* (2004), *Mad Detective* (2007), *Life Without Principle* (2011) and *Limbo* (2021). She has also worked as a script supervisor.
