Ayesha Harris is an American actor. Born in September 1987 in Long Beach, California, she was raised in the Long Beach and Inland Empire areas of southern California. Before acting full-time, she owned and operated Ninth Chapter Barbershop, an all-female barbershop in West Hollywood that closed in 2019.

Harris first appeared on screen in *Two Sentence Horror Stories* (2017). She is known for her role as Bernie in the 2023 series *Daisy Jones & the Six* and as Britt in *Glamorous* (2023). Other credits include guest roles in *This Is Us* (2022), *Abbott Elementary* (2022), *Good Girls* (2021), *The L Word: Generation Q* (2021) and *Matlock* (2024–25). In 2025 she was cast as Dr. Parker Ellis in *The Pitt*; she recurred in the first two seasons before being promoted to series regular for season three.
