Barbara Leonard (née Violet Arlene Anderson; 9 January 1908 – 2 July 1971) was an American actress. Born in San Francisco, she worked primarily in film during the 1930s and appeared under the names Violet De Barros, Mary Milnor and Barbara Anderson.

Her credits include the role of Mitzi's Maid in *One Hour with You* (1932), Esther March in *City Streets* (1931), Melissa (uncredited) in *The Merry Widow* (1934), and a leading part in *Men of the North* (1930). She was also credited in *Folies Bergère de Paris* (1935) and *The White Angel* (1936).

Leonard was married to pianist and music teacher Armando Fleury de Barros. She was raised in France and Switzerland and spoke five languages.
