## Biography

Barbara Peeters is an American director and screenwriter of film and television. She began her career in the late 1960s working in various roles on low-budget productions before directing features such as *Bury Me an Angel* (1971), *Summer School Teachers* (1975), *Starhops* (1978) and *Humanoids from the Deep* (1980).

Peeters collaborated with producer Roger Corman on several films. She later directed episodes of television series including *Cagney & Lacey* (1983), *Remington Steele*, *Falcon Crest* and others. In the 1990s she established Silver Foxx Films; she moved to Oregon in 2008 and has focused on commercials and documentary development.
