Barbara Wiltshire is a British television director specialising in multi-camera studio comedy and entertainment formats. She is also credited as Babs Wiltshire on some productions.

She has been series director on *Would I Lie to You?* since 2007. Wiltshire directed episodes of the anthology series *Inside No. 9*, including the 2018 live Halloween episode 'Dead Line', for which she received a BAFTA Television Craft Award for Director: Multi-Camera.
