Beau Sia is an American actor and slam poet. He was born on 6 February 1976 in Ohio.

Sia trained at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. He first gained attention through poetry slams, including as a member of the 1996 Nuyorican Poets Cafe National Poetry Slam team featured in the documentary *SlamNation* (1998). He appeared on Broadway in *Def Poetry Jam* (2003), for which he won a Tony Award.

His film roles include the Wedding Czar in *Rachel Getting Married* (2008), a drugstore clerk in *Hitch* (2005), a late-night comedian in *The Manchurian Candidate* (2004), Cicero in *Murder Party* (2007), and Desmond in *Ricki and the Flash* (2015).
