Ben Younger is an American film and television director, screenwriter and producer. He was born on 7 October 1972 in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from Queens College with a degree in political science.

Younger wrote and directed the crime drama *Boiler Room* (2000), which premiered at Sundance. His subsequent feature films include *Prime* (2005) and *Bleed for This* (2016). He has directed multiple episodes of the FX series *Snowfall* (2017–2023) and the pilot of *The Company You Keep* (2023).

In 2026 he directed the premiere episode of the FX spin-off series *The Drop: A Snowfall Saga*.
