Benjamin A. van der Veen is a screenwriter and member of the Writers Guild of America. He wrote the screenplay for *Che: Part Two* (2008), directed by Steven Soderbergh.

He has contributed to projects involving Terrence Malick, Julian Schnabel, Robert De Niro, Keanu Reeves, Don Cheadle, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Van der Veen wrote *Paris Song* (2018), which won Best Film at the Hollywood Film Festival.
