## Biography

Bern Cohen is an American actor. He was born in New York City in 1949 and grew up in Manhattan's Chinatown before moving to Long Island. He studied theatre and education at Adelphi University on a full scholarship and began an off-Broadway career while still a student.

He returned to acting in 2005 after further training and has since appeared in numerous films and television productions.

His film credits include *Project Nim* (2011) as Dr. William Lemmon, *Holy Rollers* (2010) as Rebbe Horowitz, *27 Dresses* (2008) as a rabbi, and *This Must Be the Place* (2011). He has also had recurring television roles and maintains membership in SAG-AFTRA and Actors' Equity.
