Bernard Holley (1940–2021) was a British actor whose career spanned more than six decades. He trained at Rose Bruford College and made his first professional stage appearance at the Theatre Royal, Lincoln, in 1963.

He came to prominence as PC Newcombe in the BBC police series *Z-Cars* (1967–1971). Other television roles included Peter Haydon and the Axon Man in *Doctor Who* (1967, 1971), Mr Hurst in *Please Sir!* (1971–1972), Detective Inspector Mike Turnbull in *The Gentle Touch* (1982–1984), and Chief Constable in *A Touch of Frost* (1999, 2003). Film credits included the News Reporter in *Brick Lane* (2007) and Bobby in *Travels with My Aunt* (1972).
