Bess Rous is an American actress. She was born in Short Hills, New Jersey, and trained as an ice dancer before studying acting. She holds a BFA from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University and a certificate from the London Academy of Theatre.

Rous's screen career began with a guest appearance on *Third Watch* in 2004. Her film debut came in *What Just Happened* (2008). She later became a series regular on the first season of *Murder in the First* (2014) and on *Other Space* (2015). Other credits include *Ghostbusters* (2016) and *Renfield* (2023), in which she played Caitlyn.
