Betsy Borns is an American television writer and producer. She wrote two episodes of the NBC sitcom *Friends* (1994) during its second season and served as producer on all 24 episodes of that season.

Borns is also known for her work on *Roseanne* (1988), for which she wrote several episodes and held producing roles, and as co-creator and executive producer of *All of Us* (2003). She wrote an episode of *Sabrina, the Teenage Witch* (1996). She received a Primetime Emmy nomination for her work on *Friends*.
