Betty Chung (Chinese: 鍾玲玲), also credited as Betty Chung Ling-Ling, is a Hong Kong actress and singer. She won a singing contest in 1963 at the age of 16 and began her career performing in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

She appeared in films including *Enter the Dragon* (1973), in which she played Mei Ling, and *All Men Are Brothers* (1975). Chung was active in Hong Kong entertainment from the mid-1960s until the 1980s, appearing in television shows and recording for labels such as EMI and Pathé.
