## Biography

Bhuvan Gowda is an Indian cinematographer who works primarily in Kannada cinema. He began his career as a still photographer on Prashanth Neel's debut film *Ugramm* (2014) and took over as director of photography when the original cinematographer left the project.

Gowda has collaborated repeatedly with Neel, serving as cinematographer on *K.G.F: Chapter 1* (2018) and *K.G.F: Chapter 2* (2022). He also shot *Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire* (2023), his Telugu debut, for which he received the SIIMA Award for Best Cinematographer – Telugu. He won the SIIMA Award for Best Cinematographer for *K.G.F: Chapter 1*.
