Bill Masters is a television writer and producer. He wrote three episodes of the sitcom *Seinfeld* between 1991 and 1994, and served as a program consultant on the series for 23 episodes.

His other writing credits include episodes of *Murphy Brown* (1988), *Grace Under Fire* (1993–1995), *Caroline in the City* (1995–1997), *Bless This House* (1995), *It's Like, You Know...* (1999) and *Raising Dad* (2001–2002). He has also worked as a producer and story editor on several of these shows. Masters was born on 14 November 1950.
