Bill Symon, also credited as William Symon, was a television editor. He worked on BBC productions from the late 1960s to the late 1970s.

Symon edited episodes of *Doctor Who* (1963) between 1970 and 1974. His other credits include *The Onedin Line* (1972–1977), *Wodehouse Playhouse* (1975–1978), *Terry and June* (1979), *Citizen Smith* (1979) and *Rentaghost* (1978). He was born on 5 June 1923 and died in October 1997.
