Bille Eltringham is a British film and television director. She is a graduate of Bournemouth Film School and previously worked as a boatswain on square-rigged tall ships and as a theatrical dresser and prop builder.

Her feature films include the co-directed *The Darkest Light* (1999) and *This Is Not a Love Song* (2002), the first film to be streamed simultaneously on the internet with its cinema release. Television credits include directing episodes of *The Long Firm* (2004), *The L Word* (2006), *Ashes to Ashes* (2008), *Lewis* (2009–2010), *United States of Tara* (2011) and *Grace* (2021–2024).
