Billy Domineau is an American television writer. He was born on 27 January 1989 in the USA.

Domineau gained attention in 2016 when a spec script reimagining the sitcom *Seinfeld* in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks went viral, leading to his first staff writing position on the animated series *Family Guy* in 2018. He contributed to nine episodes that season, including the premiere "Stand By Meg".

He has written for *Saturday Night Live* (2021–2022), receiving an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series in 2022, and for *In the Know* (2024). Earlier work includes freelance joke writing for *Saturday Night Live*'s Weekend Update and contributions to the Onion News Network.
