Billy Gray (born William Victor Giventer, 17 March 1904 – 4 January 1978) was an American actor and comedian. He entered show business after winning a dance contest while studying law.

Gray owned the Band Box, a comedy club in Los Angeles previously owned by Lou Costello, and served as its emcee. He appeared in films including *Some Like It Hot* (1959) as Sig Poliakoff and *Two for the Seesaw* (1962) as Mr. Jacoby, as well as on the Abbott and Costello radio show.
