Billy Murray is an English actor. He was born on 6 October 1941 in Forest Gate, London, and trained at the East 15 Acting School.

Murray is known for his television roles as Don Beech in *The Bill* (1995–2004) and Johnny Allen in *EastEnders* (2005–2006), for which he won the British Soap Award for Best Villain in 2006. His film credits include *Essex Boys* (2000), *Rollin' with the Nines* (2006) as David Brumby, and the *Rise of the Footsoldier* series (2007–2021). He also voiced Captain John Price in the *Call of Duty* video game series.

He is the father of actress Jaime Murray.
