## Biography

Bob Hiltermann is a German-born actor, musician, writer and director. He made his film debut in 1986 as Orin in *Children of a Lesser God*. He has appeared in television series including *All My Children* (2007), *Cold Case* (2008), *Hawaii Five-0* (2019) and *The Blacklist* (2021), and in the television film *Bridge to Silence* (1989).

Hiltermann is a founding member of the all-deaf rock band Beethoven's Nightmare and a co-founder of Deaf West Theatre. He has worked as an ASL consultant on film and television productions and has appeared in documentaries such as *See What I'm Saying: The Deaf Entertainers Documentary* (2010) and *Through Deaf Eyes* (2007).
