## Biography

Bobby Chacon is a television writer, former FBI special agent and attorney. He served 27 years with the FBI before retiring in 2014.

After retiring, Chacon worked as a technical advisor on *Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders* (2016–2017). He later joined the writers’ room on *Criminal Minds* as a story advisor and consultant for seasons 14 and 15, co-writing the episode 'Ghost' (2020) with Jim Clemente. He became a Writers Guild of America member after a staff writing position on the first season of *Crime Farm* (HBO Max), where he co-wrote episode 107.
