## Biography

Bojana Marijan was a Yugoslav and Serbian film professional who worked as an assistant director, producer and music contributor, primarily in collaboration with her husband, director Dušan Makavejev.

She contributed music to *W.R.: Mysteries of the Organism* (1971) and served as assistant director on several of Makavejev’s films, including *Sweet Movie* (1974) and *The Coca-Cola Kid* (1985). As a producer she worked on *Manifesto* (1988) and *Gorilla Bathes at Noon* (1993), among other projects.

Marijan was married to Makavejev from 1964 until his death in 2019. She died on 29 December 2021 in Belgrade, Serbia.
