## Biography

Bojana Nikitović is a Serbian costume designer whose work spans theatre, opera, ballet and film. She graduated as valedictorian from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade in 1989 and began her career designing for more than 100 theatre productions, receiving four Sterija awards and other honours at Serbian festivals.

After meeting costume designer Milena Canonero in 2001, Nikitović served as her assistant on films including *The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou* (2004), *Marie Antoinette* (2006) and *The Wolfman* (2010). She has since led costume design on *Coriolanus* (2011), *A Good Day to Die Hard* (2013), *Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance* (2011), *Underworld: Blood Wars* (2016), *Papillon* (2017), *Extraction* (2020) and the series *Dune: Prophecy* (2024), for which she received a Costume Designers Guild award and an Emmy nomination.
