Bowie Lam Bo-Yee (Chinese: 林保怡) is a Hong Kong actor and singer. He was born on 4 September 1965 in Hong Kong and briefly served in the Hong Kong Police Force before entering entertainment.

Lam made his acting debut in the 1986 film *Kiss Me Goodbye* and his singing debut in 1989. He joined TVB in 1991 and appeared in supporting roles in dramas including *The Greed of Man* (1992), *File of Justice* (1994–1997), *Untraceable Evidence* (1997, 1999) and *Healing Hands* (1998, 2000, 2005). His film credits include *Hard Boiled* (1992) as Lung, *Supercop 2* (1993), *Lawyer Lawyer* (1997), *The Sniper* (2009), *The Crossing* (2014), *Bleeding Steel* (2017) and *A Guilty Conscience* (2023).

Lam received the TVB Anniversary Award for Best Actor for his role in *War and Beauty* (2004).
