Brady Bluhm is an American actor and former child performer. Born on 6 July 1983 in San Bernardino County, California, he is best known for playing Billy in *Dumb and Dumber* (1994) and reprising the role in *Dumb and Dumber To* (2014). He also voiced Christopher Robin in several Winnie the Pooh projects between 1997 and 2005, including *Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin* (1997), *Winnie the Pooh: Seasons of Giving* (1999) and *Winnie the Pooh: A Valentine for You* (1999).
