He is best known for playing Robby Swersey in the 2005 film *Me and You and Everyone We Know*. Ratcliff has also appeared in episodes of television series including *Strong Medicine* and *The Bernie Mac Show*, as well as later films such as *Blood Shed* (2013) and *The Man in the Silo* (2016).
