Brenda Lilly is an American television writer and producer. She has written episodes of series including *Xena: Warrior Princess* (1996), *Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show* (1998), *Bobby's World* (1996–1997), *Shades of LA* (1990–1991) and *Parker Lewis Can't Lose* (1991–1992). She co-created and served as executive producer on the family drama series *State of Grace* (2001–2002).

A fifth-generation native of Asheville, North Carolina, Lilly trained as an actress before moving to Hollywood and establishing a career as a writer. She later returned to her home state, where she teaches screenwriting at Western Carolina University and has written and directed plays.
