## Biography

Brendan Conroy is an Irish actor. A native of Tuam, County Galway, he began his career in the late 1970s and is known for his role as Peter Cadogan in the television series *The Irish RM*.

Conroy has worked extensively in Irish theatre, touring internationally with the Abbey Theatre in productions including *Translations*, *The Playboy of the Western World* and *The Field*. He has also appeared with Red Kettle Theatre Company and other Irish companies.

His film roles include Git in *Kings* (2007), for which he won an IFTA for best supporting actor, Bill Evans in *That They May Face the Rising Sun* (2023), a Taverngoer in *The Green Knight* (2021) and Cob in *Hokum* (2026).
