## Biography

Brendan O'Brien is an American screenwriter. He graduated from Georgetown University and began his screenwriting career in collaboration with Andrew J. Cohen, a friend from Scarsdale Middle School.

O'Brien co-wrote the 2014 comedy *Neighbors* with Cohen. The pair went on to co-write *Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising* (2016), *Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates* (2016) and *The House* (2017). O'Brien received a story credit on the animated film *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem* (2023). He has also written *Back in Action* (2025).
