Brian Bovell (born 26 October 1959) is an English actor. He began his career in the early 1980s in Black Theatre and appeared in the film *Babylon* (1980). As a stage actor, he won the London Critics' Circle Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in *Where There Is Darkness* (1981).

Bovell is known for his role as Hortense's Brother in *Secrets & Lies* (1996). His other credits include *Love Actually* (2003), *Pan* (2015), *Roald Dahl's The Witches* (2020), *Bridgerton* (2020), *Tom & Jerry* (2021), *Foundation* (2021), *Shadow and Bone* (2021), *Andor* (2022) and *Silo* (2023).
