Brian Cox is a film producer, writer and director. His early work as a writer and director includes the short film *The Obit Writer* (premiered at the Venice Film Festival) and the feature *Scorpion Spring* (premiered at Sundance).

As a producer his credits include *Pulse* (2006) and its sequels, *Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom* (2013, co-producer), *Kite* (2014), *Remember* (2015, associate producer), *Shepherds and Butchers* (2017) and *Museo* (2018, executive producer).
