Brooke Burns is an American actress. She began her television career in the mid-1990s with a role in the teen sitcom *Out of the Blue* (1995–1996).

Burns joined the cast of *Baywatch* in 1998, playing Jessie Owens across the original series and *Baywatch: Hawaii* until 2001. In 2001 she appeared as Katrina in the film *Shallow Hal*. Her other credits include guest roles in series such as *Ally McBeal*, *Just Shoot Me!*, *CSI: Miami* and *Community*, as well as films including *Titanic II* (2010) and *Where Hope Grows* (2014). She has also worked as a model and game show host.
