Bruce Rasmussen (born 18 March 1961) is an American television writer and producer. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Rasmussen wrote for *Roseanne* (1988) and served as supervising producer on the series in 1992. For this work he received a Golden Globe, a Peabody Award and a Humanitas Prize. He went on to produce *The Drew Carey Show* (1995) and co-create *Freddie* (2005).

His other writing credits include episodes of *Wings* (1990), *Without a Trace* (2002), *The Middle* (2009), *Dallas* (2012), *Kingdom* (2014) and *The Conners* (2018). He also served as co-executive producer on the *Roseanne* revival and as executive producer on *The Conners*.
