Bryony Skillington is a British-born New Zealand actress and writer. She was born on 13 November 1982 in Manchester, Lancashire, England, and moved to New Zealand in 2001. She graduated from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School in 2007 with a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Acting).

Skillington is known for her roles as the Store Clerk in *X* (2022), Queenie in *The Power of the Dog* (2021), the Caramel Apple Lady in *Sweet Tooth* (2021), Princess Locke in *The New Legends of Monkey* (2018), Kaga in *Time Bandits* (2024), and Wanda in *Dead* (2020). She has also written for the series *Auckward Love* (2017).
