## Biography

Bud Kremp is a cinematographer and camera operator working primarily in television and film. His credits include 'A' camera and Steadicam operator roles on series such as *Archive 81* (2022), *Ordinary Joe* (2021–2022) and *The Last Ship* (2014–2017), as well as earlier feature films including *xXx* (2002) and *Poison Ivy: The New Seduction* (1997).

In 2018 he directed one episode of *The Last Ship*. He has also served as cinematographer on the short films *Satellite Beach* (2014) and *South Bureau Homicide* (1996). Kremp received a nomination for Camera Operator of the Year.

He has been married to Melissa Bustamante since 2003. Kremp has stated that he decided to become a Steadicam operator at the age of 11 after seeing a demonstration by Garrett Brown at the 1978 Academy Awards.
