Buster Brodie was an American actor who appeared in numerous films, primarily in uncredited bit parts. Born Max Broida in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he worked as a circus clown and in vaudeville before entering films in the mid-1920s. He was often cast in roles that exploited his distinctive bald appearance and short stature.

His credits include the Bald Party Guest in *City Lights* (1931), the Pig Man in *Island of Lost Souls* (1932), a Winged Monkey in *The Wizard of Oz* (1939), a migrant in *The Grapes of Wrath* (1940), and a townsman in *To Be or Not to Be* (1942). He continued working in supporting roles through the 1940s.

Brodie died in Hollywood, California, in 1948.
