## Biography

Candida Doyle is a musician and keyboardist, best known as a long-standing member of the band Pulp. Born in Belfast on 25 August 1963, she joined the group in 1984 at the suggestion of her brother Magnus Doyle, who had briefly played drums with them. She has contributed to all of Pulp's studio albums from *Freaks* (1987) onwards, including the Britpop-era releases *His 'n' Hers* (1994), *Different Class* (1995) and *This Is Hardcore* (1998).

Doyle appears as herself in the 2014 documentary *Pulp: A Film About Life, Death & Supermarkets* and is credited as Self in the 2026 concert film *Pulp: What Do You Do for an Encore?*. Her parents, Sandra Voe and Rex Doyle, were both actors.
